The Christian Democratic Party of Serbia (Serbian: Демохришћанска Странка Србије, Demohrišćanska Stranka Srbije, DHSS) is a Christian democratic political party in Serbia. At the final legislative elections in Serbia and Montenegro, held December 28, 2003, the party won no seats. The president of the DHSS was Vladan Batić, and he held the single seat the party has in the National Assembly of Serbia.
The party was created in 1997 when Vladan Batić split from the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS), disagreeing with Vojislav Koštunica's leadership. DHSS got formed around the monarchist ideal of DSS' former membership.
